We are viciously caught between presumption and assumption. We just anticipate and all are having great expectations from life. It was few years ago that the parents had time to sit with children and discuss life with them but now they hardly do it due to their own stressful life. Stress is resultant of all the interrogatives, derived from the 5 Ws—who, what, when, where, why? On commencing a work we think what will we do? What will we be the outcome and so on which germinates the virus of stress and slowly we fall prey to this killer disease.

Sleep is one of the most important factors to make your body at ease and to provides satisfaction to the physical stress but if we are looking for euphoria then yoga is the best thing to do”. On the question that she believes in astrology, she said, 'yes that is the reason why she is here. All the religions have prayers for a stress free life but one has to follow it with honesty'. Putting to the humorous–at which she is very good–she said, “I have been in the Parliament for the span of 17 years dealing the top brains of India and the only thing which made me do and still remain alive is the search of the humorous angle to the situation and not getting into any stress”.
Justice S N Kapoor said, 'ambitions should be controlled to lead a stress free life. Other factor that lead to stress are jealousy, hatred which one should control'. He also mentioned the factor which can help a person to star business by studying the horo charts of his employees. John Victor shared his seven years experience in his struggles to remove stress from the common people. Shri M N Kedar said, 'stress is can be controlled through horo reading and mantra recital'.
We should be proud to be an Indian where we have remedies for all the physical and spiritual problems. Stress managers say that meditation is the most important remedy to control stress.
